Who is responsible

This site is run by Brian Rooney, a sole trader, who is the controller of any personal data described below. Contact: contact@allthecalcs.co.uk, or write to the postal address on the About page.

The figures you type

Every calculation runs inside your own browser. The figures you enter are not sent to us and are not stored by us. They are gone as soon as you close the page.

Counting how the site is used

A simple count of how often each calculator is used is built into the site but is currently switched off. If it is ever switched on, it will record nothing but the name of the calculator and the day: no addresses, no cookies, and nothing you typed.

Technical information

Cloudflare, which hosts and protects this site, handles your network address and browser details in order to deliver the pages to you and to keep the site secure.

If you email us

If you send us an email we hold your address, your name if you give it, and what you write, so that we can reply. We keep it for up to twelve months after the conversation ends and then delete it.

Our lawful basis

We rely on our legitimate interests in running a secure, working website and in answering the messages people send us.

Other companies involved

Cloudflare hosts and protects the site. Google provides our email. Both may handle data outside the United Kingdom. Both participate in the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and standard contractual clauses are available as a further safeguard.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, or object to our using it. Email contact@allthecalcs.co.uk to use any of these rights. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
