Irregular-hours and part-year workers build up holiday at 12.07% of the hours they work in each pay period.

Where 12.07% comes from
5.6 weeks of holiday divided by the 46.4 working weeks left in the year gives 12.07%. This method applies to leave years starting on or after 1st April 2024. Employers may instead pay rolled-up holiday pay at 12.07% of pay, shown separately on the payslip.
